This is our ideal sort of project. The clients want a '100 year house' to be passed on in the family for generations. With a focus on quality, comfort, longevity and performance, we went to a super insulated envelope. The aesthetic needed to blend into the historic neighborhood while also incorporating today's highest level of building performance and mechanical systems.
